Learn

Built around engagement. Designed for impact.

We design experience-led learning that combines creativity, storytelling and proven technology to improve retention, confidence and performance.

The challenge

When learning isn't retained, it isn't a learning problem. It's a design problem.

The format gets blamed. Usually it's the design — built for the content, not the person who has to use it on the day it matters.

Why it fails

Most programmes are built around the content, not the person who has to use it.

  • 70%
    Forgotten within 24 hours
  • less than15%
    Voluntary e-learning completion
  • 63%
Say their training is disconnected from their job
Where we start

With the moment of use — the person, the task, the decision they'll have to make on their own.

  • 4x
    Faster than classroom training
  • 75%
    Retention vs traditional e-learning
  • 3.75x
More emotional connection to the work

How we work

The way the work actually moves.

Five passes from first conversation to a programme your team is using on Monday.

Discover.

We sit with your training lead and the team who'll actually use it.

Define.

We agree what changed behaviour looks like, and how we'll know.

Design.

A storyboard or 3D blockout you can react to in a meeting.

Develop.

We build in passes: story first, fidelity later.

Deliver.

We ship, we measure, we tune. The dashboard is yours from day one.

What we make

Recent solutions, across industries.

Each one built for a specific brief. Compliance, audit records, and completion tracking come with whichever format the work takes. They're not a separate product.

Technical training simulations.

Learn by doing, without the trainer, the classroom, or the travel.

People learn by doing, and that's where retention comes from. We build virtual simulations that guide a technician through a task, then let them try it themselves and flag where they go wrong. The same scenario, consistent across the whole workforce, delivered on headset, desktop, or iPad and tracked in your LMS. No trainers to schedule, no classroom to book, no travel, no time off the line. It's also how we capture what your most experienced people know before they retire.

Who it's for

Service technicians, plant operators, engineering apprentices.

Format

Quest 3 / Pico headsets, MR overlays on real equipment, desktop fallback.

What we measure

First-time fix rate, error rate, ramp time to competency.

Lead time

10–14 weeks per scenario family.

AI-driven scenario practice.

Practise the conversation as often as you need. No actors, no script, no scheduling.

The usual way to practise a difficult conversation is to hire actors. It's expensive, and it never quite feels real. We build AI-driven scenarios instead: limitless, always available, and different every time. The system captures each conversation, spots where the knowledge gaps are, and serves up targeted practice for the individual. Managers see it all in the dashboard, and the scenarios keep improving as the technology does.

Who it's for

Sales teams, customer-facing staff, clinical interviewers, leaders practising difficult conversations.

Format

Web-based or in-headset, conversational AI partner, replay and review.

What we measure

Decision quality, conversation flow, behaviour change against baseline.

Lead time

8–12 weeks per scenario set.

Product training in AR and mixed reality.

The product in the room, not on a page. Explore it, look inside it, understand it in context.

Some things are easier to understand when they're in front of you. We put a product, or a scene, into the room in AR or mixed reality, so people can walk around it, look inside it, and learn it in context instead of from a diagram. It runs on an iPad or in a headset, and it scales across a whole network. The same approach works beyond training: we've used it to show customers exactly what a product can do.

Who it's for

Sales teams pre-launch, technicians, engineering teams, retail and dealer staff.

Format

AR on iPad, iPhone, and Vision Pro. MR on Quest 3. Life-size in-room rendering.

What we measure

Product confidence, time to first sale, technician error rate post-training.

Lead time

6–10 weeks from product handoff.

Interactive environment walkthroughs.

Know the space before you're standing in it.

Some spaces are easier to learn before you're standing in them. We capture a real site with drone and 360 photography, rebuild it as a virtual walkthrough, and overlay the information that matters: hazards, layout, the things a briefing document can't show. People explore it before they arrive, and a supervisor can run it on a touchscreen to brief a room. It's the difference between reading about a site and knowing it.

Who it's for

Operatives, subbies, visiting contractors, plant crews, retail staff opening a flagship.

Format

Tablet or kiosk on site. WebGL or native app, offline-ready.

What we measure

Completion, knowledge-check pass rate, time on site before first task.

Lead time

6–10 weeks from kick-off to first site live.

Safety and hazard recognition.

Drill the dangerous moments safely. Different every time, so the recognition is real.

Spotting a hazard is a skill, and skills need practice. We put people into scenarios where they have to find the risk and act on it, safely, as many times as it takes. The hazards change every run, so they build genuine recognition rather than memorising one answer. It works for health and safety, fire, and any environment where catching the danger early is the thing that matters.

Who it's for

Trackside crews, energy operators, working-at-height teams, fire response leads.

Format

Quest 3 headset, AR, or MR. Scenario-based and repeatable.

What we measure

Hazard pass rate, decision time under pressure, near-miss reduction.

Lead time

12–16 weeks per scenario family.

In practice

What changed for the teams we built this for.

Built with the people who'd use them. Measured against what they replaced.
