Custom software, built around how your teams actually work

Boundless builds platforms, web apps, portals, and dashboards for enterprise teams. Most of them started as a problem no off-the-shelf tool fitted: leasing teams who needed to show empty units to tenants hundreds of miles away, a training team who wanted to question its own data, safety standards that lived in documents nobody read.

We build each one for the client, and the client owns it. Two of them, Induct360 and Visual Standards, worked so well they became products of their own.

Who it's for

Operations, digital, and learning leaders who need a tool that fits the process, not a process bent to fit the tool.

What we build

  • Platforms and portals. Explore Hammerson is a live leasing platform holding Matterport capture of around 66 retail units across five centres, with admin access, analytics, and automated re-scan requests.
  • Dashboards and reporting. For Hyundai Motor UK, an AI-powered reporting dashboard, live since February 2026, shows training data by dealership, with an assistant the team can question in plain English.
  • Learning platforms and integrations. SCORM and xAPI connections to the systems clients already run. At the Stellantis Performance Academy, every training attempt now feeds the LMS automatically.
  • Interactive sales tools. The Waterside apartment finder for The Guinness Partnership, whose prices and availability update live from the sales team's own spreadsheet.
  • Products that started as client builds. Induct360 and Visual Standards were both built first for Murphy Group.

Measuring impact

We build measurement in from the start, so you can see whether the tool is doing its job: usage dashboards, sign-in records, and data your own team can question.

Questions we're often asked

What kind of software does Boundless build?

Platforms, web apps, portals, dashboards, and LMS integrations for enterprise teams. Examples include Explore Hammerson, a live leasing platform covering around 66 retail units, and an AI-powered reporting dashboard for Hyundai Motor UK's training team.

Who owns the software you build?

The client does. We build each platform for the client, and it's theirs to keep.

Can it connect to the systems we already use?

Yes. We've connected training to clients' learning systems through SCORM and xAPI, at Sky and the Stellantis Performance Academy, built a sales tool that reads prices from the sales team's own spreadsheet, and run an induction portal on Harbour Energy's own infrastructure.

Is it all VR and immersive?

No. Much of what we build runs in a browser or on a tablet: leasing platforms, dashboards, and marketing-suite tools. We use immersive formats where they're the right tool for the job.

How does a software project run?

In short build cycles, reviewed with your team each week, as we work with Hyundai. For an ongoing pipeline, Flow gives you the same team on a monthly basis.
