Our commitment to WCAG 2.2 AA, the things we know we still need to fix, and how to tell us about an accessibility issue.
Our commitment
Boundless Immersive is committed to making boundlessimmersive.com accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, in line with the Equality Act 2010.
Scope
This statement applies to the public website at boundlessimmersive.com. It does not cover third-party tools that may be embedded on individual pages (such as video players), immersive VR experiences delivered under separate engagements, or content hosted on clients' own learning systems.
How accessible the site is
We have designed the site to support keyboard navigation, screen readers, sufficient colour contrast, scalable text and reduced-motion preferences. We are aware that some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet:
- Some embedded videos may not yet have captions or transcripts.
- Some older case-study images may not have detailed alternative text.
- Some decorative motion may briefly play before the reduced-motion preference is applied.
We are working through these and will update this page as fixes ship.
Reporting accessibility issues
If you find an accessibility problem, or need information on this site in a different format (for example, large print, easy read, audio recording or braille), please email privacy@boundlessimmersive.com. We aim to respond within five working days.
Enforcement procedure
If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com. In Northern Ireland, contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland (ECNI) at equalityni.org.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 21 May 2026, based on a self-assessment of the site against WCAG 2.2 AA. We review it at least annually and after significant changes to the site.
