Environments

Capture it once. Use it everywhere.

We capture the physical world and turn it into something you can use: a place anyone can visit from anywhere, or the foundation for an induction, a training environment, or a digital twin.

The difference

Anyone can scan a building. We turn it into something your whole team can use.

A point cloud on a hard drive is where most capture stops. We take the same scan and turn it into something people actually use: a place they can walk from anywhere, a record the whole team can reach, a foundation the rest of the work builds on. The capture is the easy part. Making it useful, and accessible, is the value.

We pair LiDAR accuracy with gaussian splatting for photoreal detail, so the result is both measurable and convincing. And we plan the uses from the start: one capture can communicate a site, induct a workforce, train a team in their real environment, and serve as the digital twin, all from a single visit.

What one capture becomes
  • 15–20%
Lower facilities and energy costs after handover with a digital twin.
  • 25%
Less rework when as-built reality is checked against the design.
  • 1 capture
Communicates a site, inducts a workforce, trains a team, and hands over a twin.

How we work

The way the work actually moves.

Five passes from first site visit to a captured environment your team can use.

Discover.

We walk the site or space with you and agree what the capture has to do.

Define.

We choose the right method for the accuracy and the purpose, and where the result needs to live.

Design.

We plan the capture and how it will be used before we set foot on site.

Develop.

We capture the space and reconstruct it: point cloud, mesh, or photoreal scene, whatever the job needs.

Deliver.

The environment handed over in a platform your team can reach, kept current as the site changes.

What we make

Five things a captured environment becomes.

Most projects use more than one, all from the same visit. We capture once, then put it to work across communication, documentation, and training.

Reality capture.

An accurate, explorable record of a real place.

We capture a space as it actually is, choosing the method to fit the accuracy and the purpose: drone and aerial for wide sites, terrestrial and handheld LiDAR for survey-grade detail, photogrammetry and 360 for speed, and gaussian splatting for photoreal realism. The result is a true digital record you can measure, explore, and build on.

Who it's for

Construction, energy, infrastructure, property, retail, hospitality.

Formats

Drone, terrestrial and handheld LiDAR, photogrammetry, 360, Matterport, gaussian splatting. Point cloud, mesh, photoreal scene.

What we measure

Accuracy, coverage, capture time, site visits saved.

Lead time

1–3 weeks per site, depending on scale.

Virtual tours of real, captured spaces.

Let anyone visit the actual place, from anywhere.

A photographic walkthrough of a real, existing space, captured on site with 360 cameras and reality capture, then turned into something people explore at their own pace in a browser or a headset. What they walk is what is actually there, room by room, surface by surface. This is the place recorded, not rendered, the counterpart to a CGI tour.

Who it's for

Property and retail, hospitality, multi-site teams, remote stakeholders.

Formats

Reality capture, 360 photographic walkthrough, WebGL, headset. Browser-based and shareable.

What we measure

Dwell time, completion, reach, site visits saved.

Lead time

3–6 weeks from capture.

Digital twins.

An accurate replica you can explore, reference, and build on.

An explorable 3D replica of a real space, accurate enough to measure and rich enough to recognise. It becomes the single reference a team plans against, checks progress on, and hands over at the end of a project, a living asset rather than a folder of drawings. It's the foundation the rest of the work, from inductions to training, is built on.

Who it's for

Construction, property, facilities, infrastructure, energy.

Formats

Measurable 3D replica, browser-based, annotated, BIM and design overlay.

What we measure

Facilities cost saved, deviations caught, decisions supported.

Lead time

4–8 weeks from capture.

As-built records and remote inspection.

Your site as it actually is, in a platform your whole team can reach.

We capture the as-built state and put it in a platform any number of people can access from anywhere: walk it, measure it, inspect it, and check it against the design without a site visit. The value isn't only the capture, it's the access. One record, available to every team that needs it, kept current as the site changes.

Who it's for

Construction, retail and property, facilities, infrastructure, energy.

Formats

Hosted platform, browser-based, measurable point cloud and mesh, annotations, design overlay.

What we measure

Site visits saved, deviations caught, teams with access, time to information.

Lead time

4–8 weeks to first platform release.

Captured environments for training and induction.

The real workplace, ready to become a training space or an induction.

The same capture rebuilt as the foundation for an induction or a training scenario, so people learn in their actual environment, not a generic one. A site induction people complete before they arrive, or a contextual training space that matches the real thing exactly. We capture and build the environment here; the training experience is built with our Learn team.

Who it's for

Construction, energy, manufacturing, transport, any site-based or high-risk workforce.

Formats

Real-time environment, headset, browser, kiosk. Handover to training and induction builds.

What we measure

Induction completion, time on site before first task, training transfer.

Lead time

6–10 weeks from capture.

LiDAR point cloud of a real site resolving into a photoreal scene.
Browser-based photographic tour of a real interior, explored from anywhere.
Annotated digital twin of a building, measurable in a browser.
Hosted as-built platform with measurable point cloud and design overlay.
Captured site rebuilt as a virtual induction running on a tablet.
In practice

What it did for the teams we built it for.

Built around what each capture had to do. Measured against what it replaced.
