Who we are

Built to take on the whole brief.

Boundless is a team built for the kind of brief that doesn't fit one discipline. Most projects need a story, a system, and a way to land with the people using it. We have the people for each, and they work in the same room. So you can hand us the whole problem and walk away with one answer, not three half-answers from three suppliers.

When we started, most experience work was one of two camps. Beautiful and useless. Or useful and ugly. We thought there was a third way: things people would actually want to stand in, that also moved a number on someone's dashboard. That's still the brief we set ourselves. It's still the brief we love.

We come to clients. Most work starts with a 20-minute conversation, then a short workshop. At your office, ours, or somewhere in between. Some projects become multi-year programmes. Some are a single perfect thing.

Either way, we're in, as long as the work is worth making.
