Health and safety training that holds up on site
We build VR safety training, interactive site inductions, animated safety standards, and hazard perception practice around the real sites, equipment, and risks your people face. It's used across construction, utilities, and manufacturing, by teams including Murphy Group, Costain, Northumbrian Water, and Thames Water.
The aim is simple: people arrive knowing where the risks are, and you can show that they do.

Health and safety and operations directors responsible for people working near real hazards.
What we build
- Interactive site inductions (Induct360). Operatives explore an accurate digital version of the site, built from drone survey and 360 imagery, with fatal and severe risks marked where they occur. Murphy Group and Costain both run their site inductions on it.
- Visual safety standards (Visual Standards). Short 3D animations of the correct way to do safety-critical work, used by Northumbrian Water, Thames Water, and Murphy. Northumbrian Water's standards are being shaped in workshops with 12 supply-chain partners.
- VR safety training. CAT and Genny training with a custom tracked controller that weighs and handles like the real tool. Mixed reality fire extinguisher training for THG Labs, using real extinguishers.
- Hazard perception. A timed, scored AR app that frontline leaders use to keep hazard spotting sharp.
- Fire safety, in person and online. An immersive extinguisher experience that took 53 NSK employees through hands-on practice in a day, and a fire safety eLearning package for the National Fire Chiefs Council.
How it's delivered
VR headsets, tablets, site-office touchscreens, and SCORM modules in your own LMS, as Alliance's site induction is.
Measuring impact
Completions recorded in your LMS, and usage dashboards that show sessions, unique users, and which standards people reach for most.
Questions we're often asked
What is VR safety training?
Practising high-risk tasks in a headset, where mistakes carry no real risk. Examples include CAT and Genny cable avoidance training with a tracked controller that handles like the real tool, and mixed reality fire training using real extinguishers.
What is an interactive site induction?
A photoreal 3D walkthrough of the real site, with hazards, rules, and emergency points marked where they occur. With Induct360, site capture typically takes a single day and the induction is usually live in under two weeks.
Can safety training run without VR headsets?
Yes. Site inductions run on site-office touchscreens, laptops, tablets, and phones, with an offline version for sites with poor connectivity. Visual Standards opens on any device, including by QR code on site.
How do we show that people have completed it?
Completions can be recorded in your LMS, Induct360 keeps an audit trail of who completed what and when, and Visual Standards reports sessions, unique users, and the standards people use most.
Who uses Boundless for safety training?
Murphy Group, Costain, Northumbrian Water, Thames Water, THG Labs, and NSK, among others.
If you're working somewhere people can't learn the hard way, we'd like to hear about it.
