Hyundai Motor UK's training team is putting AI to work across its dealer network, and we build the tools: avatar coaching apps used on live courses, AI product knowledge coaches, and the reporting layer that ties it together. The same avatar assessment technology underpins Hyundai's Expert Level blended learning programme.
Roleplay is how sales and coaching skills are really built, but in most training rooms it depends on a facilitator's time and on delegates performing in front of the group. Practice is scarce, feedback is uneven, and almost none of it is captured. Hyundai Motor UK wanted realistic conversation practice on demand, and asked us to make AI avatars work in the training room, not just in a demo.
An iPad avatar coaching app has been in live use on Hyundai training courses since April 2026. Delegates hold natural spoken roleplay conversations with a photoreal avatar in dealer coaching scenarios, with a TUCSON scenario module added in May 2026.
AI product knowledge coaches extend the same approach to product mastery. An INSTER coach ran live during a live mystery-shop campaign in July 2026, an IONIQ 9 coach is commissioned, and FAST Guides product microsites give advisors quick reference on each model.
Behind it sits an AI-powered reporting dashboard, live since February 2026, showing session data by dealership across the UK on weekly data feeds, with a conversational assistant so the training team can question the data in plain English.
Every element is in live use in the field: avatar coaching on courses since April 2026, the reporting dashboard since February 2026, and product knowledge coaches deployed into live campaigns.
