Boundless Immersive
Manufacturing

Train your people. Hold your standard.

We help manufacturers onboard people faster, capture the know-how that's retiring, train on the machines without stopping the line, and hold quality steady across every site and shift.

Sector · Manufacturing

Manufacturing depends on doing the same thing right, the same way, every time, at scale.

That depends entirely on people knowing the standard and having the skill, and right now both are getting harder to hold on to. The sector cannot recruit the people it needs, the most experienced hands are retiring with decades of know-how in their heads, and turnover means a constant churn of new starters who have to be brought up to speed without stopping the line. We help with exactly that part: getting people productive faster, capturing what your experts know before it leaves, and keeping quality steady while you do it.

How we help

A line is only as good as the people on it, and the standard they hold. Here is where we help, and the problem we are solving in each place.

Onboarding

Onboarding and induction at scale.

The challenge

High turnover, agency and seasonal staff, and a multilingual workforce mean you are forever training new people, often across several sites with no standard process and no trainers to spare, while the line has to keep running.

How we help

We build interactive, web-based, multilingual inductions and onboarding that standardise the experience across every site and shift. People learn the place, the rules, and the basics before they reach the floor, so they arrive safe and productive sooner, and your supervisors get their time back.

02

Capturing and transferring expert knowledge.

The challenge

Your best operators and engineers carry years of feel for the machines, the kind that hears a fault coming and knows the setting that is not written in any procedure. When they retire or move on, that feel goes with them, and a new starter cannot shadow someone who has already left.

How we help

We capture how your experts actually run the line, in their words and at the machine, and turn it into a knowledge base and AI-powered training the floor can learn from, practise against, or query mid-shift. The know-how that lived in a few heads becomes something every operator can reach.

The challenge

Training on live equipment is disruptive, unsafe, or simply impossible. Yet machine setup, changeover, maintenance, fault-finding, and emergency stops are exactly the things people need to be confident on, and the cost of getting them wrong on a running line is measured in downtime and injuries.

How we help

We build VR training that lets people practise operating and maintaining the real machine inside an accurate replica, off the line, as often as they need. They build the muscle memory and the judgement safely, every attempt is scored, and the results pass to your LMS, so competence is something you can prove rather than assume.

Visual Standards
04

Visual work standards and quality.

The challenge

Standards and work instructions sit in binders and PDFs that nobody opens and everybody is meant to follow. Quality depends on everyone doing the same thing the same way, but a static document cannot show what good actually looks like, and it cannot tell you who has read it or understood it. Defects and rework are the price.

How we help

Visual Standards replaces the document with photoreal, interactive 3D of the real standard, with knowledge checks, sign-off, and analytics built in. People see exactly what right looks like, you can see who has engaged with it and where the gaps are, and the standard travels to every site identically.

Facility familiarisation
05

Line and factory familiarisation.

The challenge

Bringing people up to speed on a complex facility, or on a new or reconfigured line, usually means a crowd on the floor and a line that has to stop. People too often meet the real environment for the first time on their first day in it, and a new line is learned only once it is already running.

How we help

We capture facilities in 3D and 360 and build virtual walkthroughs of the real plant, so people learn the layout, the hazards, and the process before they set foot on site. The same captured environment lets a new line or product be learned before it is even commissioned, built once and used across onboarding, training, and planning.
