Repetition and predictability are the fastest ways to lose an audience. If someone looks at an experience and thinks, “I’ve seen this before,” you’ve already lost their attention. That’s why we treat every challenge as new. No copy-and-paste. No recycling. Each project deserves fresh thinking.
Sometimes, it’s about reinventing the format entirely. Other times, it’s just the smallest tweak—a change in perspective, a new interaction, a subtle layer of surprise—that makes people sit up and take notice.
Because at the end of the day, that spark of surprise is what keeps people engaged.
